When you’re ready to begin treatment, you will receive a new patient packet of forms and information and be schedule a video consultation with a Care Manager.

The Care Manager will answer any questions, identify your goals and definition of success, and help ensure that you’re a good candidate for Scrambler Therapy, and the schedule your device to be delivered, set up, and initial treatment session.

Upon delivery, an initial treatment session conducted via video conference with your Care Manager will be conducted.

It is highly recommended that you have a spouse, partner, or loved one join you for both the consultation and the initial treatment. Their understanding of and support with the treatment will be critical to achieving your best experience and depending on lead placement (back and extremities) it may be necessary to have them assist with daily treatment sessions.

You and your Care Manager will work out a care plan, with the Care Manager supporting how and when it serves your needs and helps you to have the most positive experience and best outcomes possible. It is expected that your confidence with the therapy will increase after the first few sessions and you’ll need your Care Manager less each day, but rest assured they’re committed to helping you achieve the best results possible.
